Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Lorian Archive, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each product is custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (product and packaging if applicable)

We will review your case and offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (please check the Size Guide)
  • Items with minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Items that have been used or washed
