Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe-powered payments in EUR.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are made to order and go into production quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your size and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
All orders require 2–7 business days for production, followed by delivery. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for Europe and the UK, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply for orders outside the European Union and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Because every item is custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us at thelorianarchive@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Products

What materials are your products made of?
Our apparel is printed on high-quality garments. Specific material details (e.g., 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blend) are listed on each product page.

Will the colors look exactly like on screen?
We strive for accuracy, but slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and the printing process. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Since our products are print-on-demand, most items are always available. If a specific variant is unavailable, feel free to contact us.
